4:45 p.m. - 2003-10-15 A.M. And as soon as Im done here tonight, I get to trod next door to the Fish for another exciting shift, and then possibly march right back over here to get a little more done. Its crazy. CRAZY! It is quite possible that sometime in the next week, I will have a nervous breakdown. I just have hold off a few days so that I can get all this work done.
In conclusion, if Ive been a little neglectful of this web site, I would hope theres a little understanding out there. On a side note, I was watching a movie last night in which Phoebe Cates made a very odd, yet somehow intriguing, observation. She was telling her best friend Dont have kids, Sally. You cant stick your head in the oven. You cant take a handful of percocet. Having kidsthey rob you of that option. (Incidentally, the fact the Ms. Cates was saying it really has no relevance to it, I just havent seen her in anything blockbuster in a long time.) Now, its not like I agree with her, or have any desire to stick my head in the oven. Perhaps I did last night, but Im over it now (fortunately we just have a microwave here). I do, however, have a desire to have kids in the not-too-distant-but-no-where-near-close-to-future, so I suppose it struck me on a I never thought of that kind of way. I cant quite explain it. I just thought it to be poignant at the time. Im just weird.
11:33 a.m. - 2003-10-06 Just because Im lazy and have no energy to think up witticisms and criticisms today, Im going to use this here blog to shout out to my homies. Mad props, yall and diggity diggity wack. I really have no clue when it comes to the gangsta. Allan made me jam. I had some and it was yummyvery good with peanut butter. Thanks, Allan. I kind of ditched Kristen and Samarra on Saturday. Sorry about that ladies, Ill catch you next weekend (and Im feeling much better now, thanks) =) I miss Kirsi and Karen. They live far away and I dont get to see them as often as Id like. Stupid far away livers. Not livers like in the organ sense, but livers as in you live there sense. A lovely time was had by all recently, including "Too Cool For A Web Site" Erika, Kristen, Kirsi, Karen and the not yet mentioned Jacquie, at our traditional girls weekend in Cobourg. Drunken debauchery in a motel is ever so entertainingand we all agree that it should last two nights next time. So, thats all from me. Happy Thanksgiving to all and to all a good night. Except Americans. Not that I dont like you. Its just that you just celebrate Thanksgiving in November. And thats just not right.
