2:08 p.m. - 2003-06-19 I did nothing at work yesterday. No, really. I say that a lot, but I really didnt do anything of any productive value. The whole day. The management folks are off-site at some big Meeting, so its just us administrative girls here yesterday and today. I took advantage. You want to know what I did do? I got caught up on a month and a halfs worth of my soap. Im not lucky enough to have a TV here, so I didnt watch it, but theres a website that has full recaps of each episode everyday, and I started reading them from the beginning of last May to the present. An entire day of reading my soap. And I got paid for it! I watch Days of our Lives. It is, without a doubt, the absolute king of soaps bad acting, totally unbelievable scenarios, single nights that last for weeks on end, and not to mention kids that grow 15 years older in a season. I absolutely love it. Ive been watching it since I was about five. Seriously. I have, in the past, gone years without actually watching an episode. Not that it took me a lot to get caught up, but it was still annoying. However, since my discovery of this site, I never have to worry about missing a thing. And its the best thing. I like watching Days, its fun to yell at the TV screen and all, but sometimes, its all talky-talky and I have better things to do, but I want to KNOW whats going on. Now, I can watch an episode here and there, get my fix, and keep up with the goings on of Salem from the comfort of my desk chair. How could it get any better, I ask you? Just for the fansdoes anyone else not feel completely sorry for Sami? And is it just me, or are they trying to set up her and Lucas? Yay, Chloe, the most whiniest, annoying, weird looking teenager, is gone!!! Philip can do better. Better than her and Belle. Bounty Hunters? What the hell is up with that? The last thing I want to see is Hope dressed up like a hooker. Hooker Hope.shudder.
