7:48 p.m. - 2002-03-09 I have just been to the doctor's office and pharmacy. Why, you ask? Because I have both Bronchitis (yay smoking!) and a bladder infection (yay holding it in!). I am on antibiotics, obviously, and I've even been given an inhaler. I don't know why, because I'm not really short of breath or anything, just coughing a lot, but the doctor seemed to think I could use it. Other than that, though, things are moving along smoothly. Yesterday morning, a whole wack of people filed on the bus to go to a university town down south called Dunedin. Not just because it is a nice city (and the largest I've been in for about a week and a half) but because of a rugby game. Yes, I went to see my very first rugby game live and it was quite neat. It was a whole package deal thing, which was expensive but very worth it. We first gathered at a pub called the Gardies for free dinner, free beer, and face painting. Yes, I said face painting. We were rooting for the Otagu Highlanders. We also all got a free green t-shirt which made our party stand out like a sore thumb considering the team colours were blue and yellow/gold. It was good though. We headed to the game and sat in the rafters. I say sat, but actually it was standing room only there, but very fun. Oops...gotta go. I'll finish later. =)
